Family Hub – Mondi per Crescere is a project selected by social enterprise Con i Bambini, involving 32 partners from 5 Italian regions with the objective of building coordinated network plans to fight educational poverty and identify new flexible and informal forms of support for children and families in fragile conditions.
Over the three years of the project, actions have been implemented of:
- in and outreach in territories where it is more difficult for families to find answers
- reorganization of services, to improve their accessibility and usability
- enhancement and innovation of the educational proposal.
The modeling of the interventions was made possible through the opening of 8 HUBs within existing educational services and thanks to the work of the innovative figure of the case manager capable of intercepting family situations in need of help, accompanying them towards a rapid response and offering support to parents.
A total of 6,010 children and 5,390 parents were reached over the three years of the project.
