CGM has a consolidated experience in project design and in promotion of innovation processes.

It develops projects in various sectors of interest for social entrepreneurship by seeking opportunities for an inclusive transformation of territories and communities. It activates the added value of the territorial network, the design skills, and the complex projects management.

The Project Design Area operates through a multidisciplinary team and a methodology based on research, the theory of change and the impact assessment, validated replicability and scalability strategies.

The CGM project team works at different levels in the local, national, European, and international sphere.
